Pack Volleyball reaches postseason, will play Mines Nov. 17

PUEBLO, Colo. (November 14, 2015) – Entering the final weekend of play, the Colorado State University-Pueblo volleyball team needed a win and a little help. That help came through on Saturday and the ThunderWolves will advance to the postseason.

After winning on Thursday against Western State College, the Pack could only follow along Saturday hoping for losses from Colorado Christian University and Chadron State. On Saturday night, the Pack found out that their season will continue as both CCU and Chadron lost on Saturday.

The Pack will advance into the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament as the eighth and final seed. This marks the second consecutive RMAC tournament appearance  for CSU-Pueblo volleyball.

On Tuesday night, Nov.17, the Pack will begin the RMAC tournament with a visit to No. 19 Colorado School of Mines at 7p.m. After rooting for Mines to defeat CCU on Saturday, Pack fans will make the trip to Golden, Colo. to cheer against Mines as the Pack tries to pull off the upset.
