The Pack will look to snap a five-match losing streak against the team they last defeated. CSU-Pueblo beat the Griffins in four sets (25-23, 19-25, 25-23, 25-20) Oct. 17 at Massari Arena.
Caitlin Broadwell (Sr., Lawrence, Kan.) and Melissa Nichols (Jr., McKinney, Texas) led the Pack to victory with 16 kills each. Nichols hit .312 for the match and totaled five blocks. Broadwell posted a .250 hitting clip and seven digs.
CSU-Pueblo hit. 220 in their match with the Griffins two weeks ago and knocked down 56 kills. Both of these totals were season-highs for a four-set match.
Freshman Brooke Schilling (Platteville, Colo.) has a double-double in each of her last three matches.
Broadwell enters Saturday's match with 3.54 kills per set. This stands as the fifth-highest single season average in school history. For her career, Broadwell has averaged 2.96 kills per set, eight-best in Pack history. Her 2,572 career attacks ranks 10th all-time.
Misha McDowell (Sr., Gilbert, Ariz.) enters the weekend with 0.33 service aces per set. This number stands as the fifth highest in program history. It also ranks McDowell in a tie for sixth in the RMAC.
Elena Michalski (Sr., Longmont, Colo.) sits just outside the top six in assists per game in school history. With 6.26 assists per set she remains just 0.21 assists per set away from sixth place. She has averaged 11.46 assists per set for her last six matches.
