Dunsmoor named RMAC Cross Country Runner of the Week
CSU-Pueblo senior cross country standout Lauren Dunsmoor earned
yet another win in a long line of first place efforts this fall,
being named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's Cross Country
Runner of the Week.
At the Fort Hays State College Tiger Open on Oct. 6, Dunsmoor kept
her 2007 winning streak alive, claiming first place for the third
time in the three meets she has competed in this season. Her
winning time of 18:18.7 at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open was
nearly 45 seconds better than the second place finisher.
Dunsmoor, a native of Pueblo, Colo. and a graduate of West High
School, will look to keep her 2007 streak alive in the biggest meet
of the season, the RMAC Championships in Durango this weekend.
