Dunsmoor earns All-American honors, finishes 11th

CSU-Pueblo senior Lauren Dunsmoor has been rewarded for her 11th
place finish at the NCAA Division II Cross Country National
Championships in Joplin, Mo. Saturday with a nod as an
all-American, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches
Association announced Sunday.
Dunsmoor is the first all-American women's cross country athlete in
the history of CSU-Pueblo. She accomplished the feat during a
season in which she earned first place finishes in three meets, a
second place finish in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference
Championships, and a seventh place finish at the NCAA Division II
North Central Regional Championships, which allowed her to earn a
berth in nationals.
