    The final race of the season did not go as hoped as the Colorado State University-Pueblo women’s cross country team finished last at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships on Saturday at Willis Case Golf Course.

    The Pack continued its season on Saturday at the Metro State Invitational. It was their second 6k race of the year. The team competed against six teams placing fifth. Out of 61 runners the Pack's top four placed no lower than 25th.

CSU-Pueblo senior Lauren Dunsmoor was one of 15 runners from the North Central Region, which includes the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, to be selected to the team.
