J.T. Haddan returned to CSU-Pueblo for the 2015 season and helped coached the defensive line to 42 sacks and 115 tackles for loss, both of which ranked in the top 20 nationally.

He guided Morgan Fox to All-American honors, while he was also named the runner-up for the Gene Upshaw Award (recognizes the top lineman in Division II). Fox, who signed a undrafted free agent contract with the NFL's Los Angeles Rams, was named RMAC Defensive Player of the Year, while nose guard Tony Campton was a All-RMAC First Team award winner.

Haddan spent the 2014 season at Western State Colorado University where he was the offensive line coach with the Mountaineers.

Prior to Western State, Haddan served as assistant football coach at CSU-Pueblo from 2012-14. He was responsible for coaching the tight ends, developing weekly game plans, coordinating defensive and special teams scouting and recruiting.

Haddan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from CSU-Pueblo in 2012 after a successful playing career with the ThunderWolves, earning First Team All-RMAC, All-Colorado and All-Region honors, while also being tabbed Third Team All-American in 2011.

In his first year with the Pack, Haddan was named Second Team All-RMAC and First Team All-Colorado.
